Sandakozhi 2 Movie Review

Sandakozhi 2 Movie Review :- It begins from where Lingusamy and Vishal left a few years ago. Sandakozhi 2 is a gripping tacky entertainer quite like the first part. With Lingusamy back in the helm of affaitlrs, things fall in right place.

Three cheers to Vishal who pulls it well as angry young man Balu with Rajkiran as Ayya providing right dose of engaging fare in the movie.

If it was Meera Jasmine who charmed audience in the first part, it is Keerthy Suresh who takes things in her hands to continue the good show. And then there is a surprise element in Varalaxmi Sarathkumar. She is right there providing one of her best especially towards the climax.

The sequel is not about establishing the bravado of Balu and Ayya, but rather their efforts to save young man from a woman who swears vengeance. It is bloody battle.

Pechi (Varalaxmi) seeks to revenge the last male in the family Anbu. There begins a temple fest in the village. A week-long first. Pechi goes all guns blazing. Steps in Balu and Ayya to thwart her plans. There is bubbly and chirpy romance between Balu and Keerthy. A riveting climax ensures all is well.

Vishal is the stalk and cheese of the movie. He is right there entertaining all in his typical style. Action sits well on him. He has enough to outdo what he did in part one. Rajkiran as usual stands tall and delivers his best. His scenes with Vishal are a delight. Keerthy Suresh is bubbly while the rest contribute well. Walking away with applause is Varalaxmi. She oozes venom and does electrify the screen.

Yuvan’s BGM adds value to the screen. Call it a good show by Lingusamy. Though he disappointed with Anjaan, he is back with a bang. Sandakozhi 2 is here to stay.
