After completing the shoot for Dev, Karthi will be playing the lead in a bilingiual to be directed by Jeetu Joseph of Papanasam fame. Dev which features actress Rakul Preet Singh as heroine is fast completing.
Produced by Lakshman of Prince Pictures, newcomer Rajath Ravishankar is directing the film and Harris Jayaraj is composing the music. Dev also has yesteryear actor Karthik, Prakash Raj and Ramya Krishnan in pivotal characters.
Karthi’s film with Jeetu Joseph will be jointly produced by Suriya’s 2D Entertainment and Viacom 18. The movie is expected to go on floors in January 2019.
