Actress Hansika completes half century in Tamil cinema. She plays the lead in a women-centric movie that happens to be her 50th film. It has been titled Maha and is directed by Jameel.
Says Hansika. ‘It’s a thriller film and my character has a lot of variations. When director Jameel approached me with the script, I asked him whether he really wanted to do the film but he told me that I’m his one and only choice. After knowing the importance of the script, many people actually approached my director and wanted to play the lead.
It’s a tight script, I have completed the photo shoot but the principal shoot will only begin by the end of October’.
