Young music composer Amreesh is going great guns. Son of veteran actress Jayachitra, he acted in a couple of films. However he found music to be his love and chose to bid bye to acting. His maiden venture as music composer in Mottai Shiva Ketta Shiva won him accolades. The songs in the movie became hit and he had offers coming his way.
Now he is busy scoring music for Prabhudeva starrer Charlie Chaplin 2 directed by sakthi Chidambaram. A single Chinna Machan from the movie was released in social media to top the charts. It has been viewed by over 55 lakh music-lovers.
‘I am thrilled at the positive response for my song in Charlie Chaplin 2. The album has four more songs which will also be liked by all. I thank my director Sakthi Chidambaram and hero Prabhu Deva for giving me this opportunity’.
Meanwhile, Sakthi Chidambaram said, ‘when I heard singers Sentil and Rajalakshmi sing the song in a reality show, I was confident that it would become a hit. I immediately bought the rights for the song. Amreesh has returned it to perfection’.
