Saturday, braving steady down-pour, fans of A R Rahman gathered in large numbers at YMCA Grounds in Chennai to catch A R Rahman live.
He rendered a mega musical show in which musicians from abroad accompanied him. Over 30 songs from Rahman's kitty were performed on stage by popular playback singers.
Rahman was the cynosure of all eyes. The moment he made his entry on the dais, fans applauded and cheered him.
Fans had come from various parts of Tamilnadu for the show. Though it drizzled they danced and enjoyed every moment at the concert.
