Anushka may have had just one release in 2012 in the form of Thandavam and unfortunately it failed to make an impression at the box office. But she is confident that 2013 will be a year to reckon with in her career. Says Anushka,
'I am doing a film Irandaam Ulagum opposite Arya directed by Selvaraghavan and Singham 2 opposite Suriya. Apart from these two, I’m almost done shooting for Mirchi opposite Prabhas. In fact, I’m hoping to dub for myself for Mirchi. Then of course, I have Rudrama Devi. It’s going to be a busy year.'
Anushka is balancing between both Tamil and Telugu.
