Come this Tamil New Year, the movie-lovers can watch a romantic sea-based adventure film Thanneerdhesam. It is based on a popular novel titled the same penned by veteran lyricist Vairamuthu.
The six-time National Award winning lyricist turns a writer for the project. The movie is directed by Shivan S. The camera is handled by V Thiagarajan, an associate of cinematographer Rathnavelu.
Vairamuthu is writing the lyrics besides dialogues for this venture. The music is by C Sathya of Engeyum Eppodhum fame. There will be five songs in it. Red Earth Movies Productions, a Malaysian-based company will be producing this venture.
