Comedian Karunaas is hogging all limelight these days. He is playing the lead role in over a couple of films now. Karunaas is acting as hero in Chandamama, Ragalaipuram and Machan now.
In Chandamama, he plays a writer, in Ragalaipuram as a policeman and in Machchan, a loverboy who shares the screen with Ramesh Aravind and Vivek. He had featured in films such as Dindigul Sarathy and Ambasamaduram Ambani as hero before.
'I'm glad I can regale crowds as a comedian or a lead actor. As long as I get to act, which I should be always happy about, I don't mind being called a comedian,' Karunaas says.
