National award winning director Pandiraj has kickstarted his next titled Kedi Ranga Killadi Billa. The film has Vimal and Sivakarthikeyan in the lead, with Bindu Madhavi and Regina opposite them respectively.
The story is set in Trichy and it is suposedly a hilarious entertainer. Says Pandiraj, 'I am not claiming that the story is out-of-the-box, but I have treated the subject differently. I am confident that it will be lapped up by all kinds of audiences'.
