Director Badri and actor Mirchi Shiva are coming together for the remake of Thillu Mullu. The yesteryear hit directed by K Balachander was a laughriot that featured Rajnikanth in the lead role. Kamal haasan played a cameo in it.
With the remake version all set to hit the floors tomorrow, Badri and Mirchi Shiva chose to call on K Balachander, Rajnikanth and Kamal Haasan and seek their blessings before they commence the shoot.
While Mirchi Siva will reprise Rajini's role in the remake, the role played by Thengai Srinivasan will be played by Prakash Raj. Isha Talwar has been finalised as the heroine. Interestingly veteran music composer M S Viswanathan is joining hands with Yuvan Shankar Raja to score music for the movie.
