Speaking about 'Paradesi', Vedhika said it is set in India's pre-independence days and just says hers is an important character in the movie. As is his wont, Bala has got Vedhika to act in the movie sans any make-up.
The movie is set oin 1930 and speaks about life in tea plantations. ATharva plays the lead role. Dhanshika is also in the cast.
A couple of days ago it was announced that the audio of the film with music by G V Prakash, would be launched in September in London.
