Guess who would hog limelight at the audio launch of Mugamoodi on 20 July in Chennai. Its not the stars or the crew of the movie, but around 500 persons, who won an online contest conducted to promote the movie, would be highlight of the audio launch.
It is an innovative attempt to promote the film and take it close to the masses even before its release, say sources close to the production house.
Directed by Mysskin, the movie has Jiiva playing a superhero with Narain playing the baddie. K of Yuddham Sei and Arohanam fame has scored music for the film. Pooja Hegde plays the female lead.
Thye audio launch will be presided over by actor Vijay. Sources said Jiiva and Narain had undergone training in Kung Fu and other martial art forms for their roles. Grapevine has it that he makers (UTV) are planning to release Mugamoodi on 31 August.
