Finally ace comedian turns hero now. After setting the screen on fire with films like SMS, Boss Engira Baskaran, Oru kal Oruu kannadi and Saguni, Santhanam is all set to play the hero .
He plays the lead role in a movie that would be produced by Santhanam himself for his production house called Hand Made Films. The movie would be made in association with with Sri Thenandal Films of veteran producer - director Ramanarayanan. The hilarious entertainer is titled Kanna Laddu Thinna Asaiya (KLTA).
Being directed by Manikandan with music by Thaman, the movie features Power Star Srinivasan alongside Santhanam. Cinematography will be handled by Balasubramanian. Playing Santhanam's heroine in the movie is Visaka. Sethu, VTV Ganesh, Mayilsamy and Kovai Sarala form part of the cast.
The movie will be shot in Kumbakonam, Karaikudi, Sivaganga and Devakotttaiand other areas. The laughathon will be completed under the supervision of Ramanarayanan and would be releases soon.
