Who's who of Tamil cinema came together for the audio launch of Mannaru starring national-award winner Appu Kutty in lead role.
The audio was released by veteran filmmaker S P Muthuraman in the presence of composer-lyricist-director Gangai Amaran.
Speaking on the occasion, Gangai Amaran said, 'Music should touch your hearts and give a mesmerising feel'. Appukutty, Swathy, Vaishali, Thambi Ramiah and Pandiarajan play lead roles. Directed by Jaishankar, the movie is all complete.
On his part, veteran filmmaker S P Muthuraman, said, ' the songs are nice to hear and Udhayan will go places'.
The highlight of the album is that a song has been rendered after a long gap by Krishnaraj with S P Shailaja. Among those who took part in the event include filmmakers S P Jananathan, Suseenthiran, Gowthaman and FEFSI Siva.
