The Tokyo International Film Festival will place from 13 - 15 September this year. Considered one of the premier festivals, the Tokyo Film Fest will screen Sivaji, a blockbuster starring Rajnikanth and directed by Shankar.
Rajnikanth has a huge admiration in Japan especially after his Muthu was dubbed and released as dancing Maharaja in Japanese language.
The movie produced by AVM Productions featured Shriya Saran, Suman, Vivek among others. Music was by A R Rahman.
Directed by Shankar with cinematography by K V Anand, Sivaji won many awards besides emerging a paisa vasool movie.The movie will be screened in the Tokyo film Festival.
Shriya Saran will participate as a special guest in the event which is organized by Ganesan Hari Narayanan , director, MSG Japan Corporation.
