After playing a kickboxer in M Kumaran, Son Of Mahalakshmi, Jayam Ravi now plays a boxer in Boologam.
The film, being directed by Kalayana Krishnan, will feature Trisha in the lead opposite Ravi.
Says director Kalyana Krishanan, 'I have named the film after a boxer who lived in North Madras. Ravi's character is also named after him. The story is about the fight between two boxing schools that have been there for generations. Trisha plays a college girl.'
