Vinay Rai, who made his debut with Unnale Unnale and did some films like Jayamkondan and Modhi Vilayadu, is back in Tamil cinema with Mirattal. The movie directed by Madhesh is an action-thriller and would be released very soon.
Meanwhile the big news is that Vinay has been signed to do a film with Jiiva. Both the actors will come together for Endrendrum Punnagai, directed by Ahmed of Vamanan fame. Trisha will play the heroine.Harris Jeyarajj will compose the music.
Sources say Vinay was thrilled at listening to the script and readily agreed to do the project. Shooting will kick off soon.
Jiiva is currently busy with a couple of films including Goutham Menon's Neethanae En Ponvasantham and Myskkin's Mugamoodi.
