Kaka Radhakrishnan, a veteran actor who did many character and comedy roles in over 400 films passed away in Chennai on Thursday. He was 86.
His career spanned over six decades and was part of many SIvaji, MGR films. It was a role in the film Mangayarkkarasi that earned him his interesting nickname kaka (crow).
Radhakrishnan is said to have introduced Sivaji Ganesan to his theatre group. In Kamal Haasan's films like Guna, Thevar Magan and Vasool Raja, he
played some wonderful roles.
He is survived by two wives, three sons and five daughters.
