After Radha and Karthik came together for Alaigal Oivathillai, a couple of decades ago now Goutham son Karthik and Thulasi, daughter of Radha will make their debut with Kadal by acclaimed filmmaker Mani Ratnam.
Initially Samantha was cast as heroine. But when she opted out , she was replaced by Thulasi.
