Actress Priyanka of Veyyil fame entered wedlock. She married Tamil film assistant director Lawrence Ram at the Attukal Bhagavathy temple in Thiruvananthapuram on Wednesday. The ceremony was attended by the couple's parents, relatives and friends.
Priyanka, who acted in few television serials in Malayalam was introduced in Tamil by director Vasantabalan. Her maiden venture Veyyil won her rave reviews.
Soon Malayalam offers came her way and Priyanka went on to do a lot of Malayalam films and became popular after playing lead opposite Mohanlal in Roshan Andrews directed Ividam Swargamanu.
A couple of films including Sengattu Bhoomiyile and Vaanam Paartha Seemiyile starring Priyanka are yet to be released.
