The rousing reception for Nanban has brought joy to actor Srikanth. He was desperate for a hit after a series of floors in Tamil cinema.
He was mightily pleased when director Shankar offered him a role in Nanban alongside the likes of Vijay and Jiiva.
In the remake of Three Idiots , Srikanth enacted the role played by Madhavan in the original. Says Srikanth, ' It is a great feeling. I thank the whole unit of nanban including Vijay and Shankar sir'.
Srikanth is now shooting for Paagan. directed by Bala's associate Muhammad Aslam.
