Veteran actress Manorama, who sustained head injuries after she fell in Kalahasthi during a pilgrimage last week, has been admitted in a private hospital where she is expected to undergo a surgery today.
Doctoirs said that a surgery wouild be conducted to remove blood clot in her head which she sustained after she fell.
Manorama, who had acted in over 100 films, has been put in life support. Doctors diagnosis is of sub-dual haemorrhage, a traumatic brain injury.
Fans and film personalities visited the hospital in large numbers to wish Aachi a speedy recovery.
