The latest buzz doing rounds in Kollywood is that acclaimed cinematograpoher Rathnavelu will venture to direction soon. Insiders say that he has preferred to do a Kannada movie for his maiden venture.
Enthiran cinematographer Rathnavelu is is touted to direct Kannada movie with Puneeth Rajkumar in the lead role. The heroine is yet to be confirmed.
Meanwhile, his much awaited Rana, which has Rajinikanth in a triple role, is all set to begin in November. Rana, directed by K S Ravikumar, will have Bollywood diva Deepika Padukone as one of the leading ladies.
