Anuja Iyer has always stood out from the crowd for her performance-oriented roles.
The actress impressed all with her last outing in Unnaipol Oruvan and has gained the reputation of being an intelligent actress, since she’s also a columnist on a popular film website.
Now, living up to her off-screen persona, Anuja is all set to essay the role of a writer in her soon-to-release Odi Vaa (working title) with Rahul Ravindran of Moscovin Kaveri fame.
The actress says, 'In the film Rahul plays a person afflicted with cerebral palsy while I play a writer who documents his life. It’s an interesting role that depicts how my relationship with him blossoms.'
The film, directed by Vignesh Menon, grandson of K. Shankar Menon, has been produced by Maanas Productions.
