When anti-graft crusader Hazare came to know that a film on Gandhi has been made, he reportedly expressed his wish to watch the film.
The film, produced by Ramana Communications, has been directed by A Balakrishnan who earlier made the critically-acclaimed Kamaraj.
Hazare would watch the Hindi version at a special screening to be arranged for him on 14 September in Pune.
