Jeeva and Gautham Menon have started shoot of their film 'Neethaane En Ponvasantham'. This film is being produced by R.S.Infotainment along with Photon Kathaas. The ad campaign that garnered interest with the public over the last few days showcases the film as a feel-good, young, college-romance film. Santhanam is also a part of the film, playing an important role.
This is the first time Gautham and Santhanam come together and is in fact the first time since Vivek (in minnale) that gautham has signed on a leading comedian. However, Gautham insists that he will be presenting not only Jeeva, but also Santhanam differently. Samantha, who essayed the role of 'Jessie' in the telugu version of Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa is the heroine.
