Superstar Rajinikanth is back in good health after successfully undergoing treatment for kidney-related ailments at a Singapore hospital. Reiterating this now is Vairamuthu, who had met the top actor recently.
The ‘Kaviperarasu’, who called on Rajini at the latter’s Raghavendra Kalyana Mandapam in Chennai, says, 'It was an emotional experience to meet Rajini after a gap. He is completely alright. The charm is back on his face.'
Saying that he was chatting with Rajini for more than 45 minutes and discussed various topics, including films, politics, philosophy and life, Vairamuthu says, 'Rajini is keen to start the shooting of Rana, which was disrupted after he fell ill.'
'Rajini has fought a big battle with destiny and won it finally. I am sure that he would long live with good health. The Superstar was so touched by the affection showered on him by his fans when he was not well.'
