The shooting of Viswaroopam, Kamal Haasan’s forthcoming venture which will be directed by himself, is yet to start for Bollywood bombshell Sonakshi Sinha has reportedly pulled out at the last moment due to ‘unavoidable reasons’.
But the Ulaga Nayagan, who plays the lead role besides wielding the megaphone, is hoping that Sonakshi will change her decision. The role was written keeping her in mind, said a source close to the development.
But despite the legendary actor's persistence, Sonakshi is unable to accommodate the project. ‘Sonaksi was in fact happy to do the project and allotted dates in May and June. Since it took time for Kamal to start the film, she is now unable to provide dates,’ say Bollywood circles.
They add: 'Sonakshi has allotted her dates to Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Prabhu Deva for Rowdy Rathore. This will go on through August. Then in September she does another schedule of Shrish Kunder's Joker. There is no way she can accommodate Viswaroopam.’
