Aishwarya Dhanush, daughter of Rajnikanth, who is directing her husband Dhanush for an untitled romantic entertainer says, ‘my wish is to direct my dad (Rajnikanth) one day. Hope it becomes a reality'.
The movie featuring Dhanush and Amala Paul in the cast went to floors recently. Director Selvaraghavan, Dhanush’s elder brother, was present on the occasion.
Says Aishwarya, 'when I decided to do the film, I immediately chose to tell the story to my dad. He liked it very much and blessed me a lot. It was indeed an emotional moment for me.’
Selvaraghavan, who trained Aishwarya with the nuances of filmmaking, had stated that Aishwarya is a quick-learner and she would do full justice to the film as director.
Says Aishwarya, ‘I am confident about my script and the goodwill and prayers of my friends and family will help me a lot. I am all set to prove that I can do it'.
