Giving a tough competition to young actors, including his own son STR aka Silambarasan, Vijaya T Rajendar is on a crash diet to get that ‘perfect look’ for his forthcoming film Oru Thalai Kadhal, which is a youthful love story.
‘I know very well the pulse of youngsters. So I am now making a film for them. Oru Thalai Kadhal will be full-length entertainer which will be a complete treat to today’s audience,’ says the actor-producer-director-musician-lyricist-cinematographer.
He says further: ‘I am currently on a crash diet to reduce my weight. Even in this era of Simbu, I am acting in a youthful love story. Please note that those who entered the industry along with me are nowhere now.’
Throwing more light on the project, he says, ‘It is a script which will bring to light the emotions of a youngster. Two Mumbai-based actresses are playing as heroines. The film will be shaped up fast and released at the earliest.’
