Vijay Antony is full of confidence that his songs in Vijay-starrer Velayudham would be a complete treat to the fans of 'Ilaya Thalapathi'. ‘The album will have everything they would love to listen to,’ says the music composer.
He says, ‘All the songs in our earlier venture Vettaikaran became chartbusters. So expectations are high on Velayudham. Understanding this, I have come out with scintillating songs.’
Saying that Vijay and director Jayam'Raja were compeletely satisfied with his work, Vijay Antony adds: ‘Velayudham is a nice script and it demanded great songs. I have done my best.’
Produced by Ascar Films V Ravichandran, Velayudham has Hansika Motwani and Genelia D'Souza as heroines. The shooting is currently in its final stages and the film is expected to hit the screens by August or September.
